Call our office (614) 418-7725 Monday through Friday between 8:00 A.M.- 4:00 P.M. for any routine maintenance calls. If you have several minor repairs, you may send us a list in the mail. We normally complete non-emergency routine repairs within 10 to 14 days from hearing from you. If for some reason we have to order a special part and this causes a delay, we will contact you. If you have any questions regarding the status of a maintenance request please call and ask for our Residential Services Coordinator. She will be glad to help you.
We will respond to any emergency maintenance request the same day that you call. Our phone is covered by an answering service during non-business hours. Just call our office (614) 418-7725 and our answering service will put our on call maintenance person in touch with you.
