Creative Team



Ms. Buenconsejo is President/CEO of Creative Housing, Inc. Prior to being named CEO by the Board of Trustees, she oversaw Creative Housing’s construction projects, both new construction and residential renovations. Before joining Creative Housing, she had ten years of design, construction documentation, project management and construction administration experience working for architectural firms. Her previous experience spans multi-state residential and commercial projects. Critty holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University. She also studied at the Kennedy School of Government. She is a Certified Graduate Builder, Certified Graduate Remodeler, and Certified Aging in Place Specialist. She holds memberships in the American Institute of Architects, National Association of Home Builders, National Fire Protection Association, International Code Council, and the Professional Women in Building Council. AIA, ICC, NFPA, EPA Lead-Safe, NCARB/BIA: CGR, CAPS


Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Miller oversees Creative Housing’s financial reporting systems insuring compliance with a variety of funding agency requirements. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Masters in Business Administration from The Ohio State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation. Mr. Miller has over 25 years’ experience working with property management and construction related companies.


Business Manager

Ms. Cardell manages all business accounts for the organization including vendor billing and tenants accounts. Ms. Cardell is graduate of the University of Charleston, Certified in Human Resource Management from the University of George Washington, HUD certified by the National Center for Housing Management in TRACS FAQS, EIV and as a Certified Occupancy Specialist. She has over 20 years’ experience in business management in government and in the private non-profit organization.


Director of Facilities

Mr. Frentzel oversees the property management for all Creative Housing owned properties, including the capital improvement, home maintenance and lawn/snow programs. He has direct oversight of Creative Housing’s field staff. Eric brings over fifteen years experience in design and project management in commercial construction to Creative Housing. He is a Certified Graduate Builder (CGB), Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR), and Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS). He also holds a Green Professional Certification (CGB) and EPA Lead Based Paint Remodeler Certifications (EPA Lead-Safe). He is a member of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the Building Industry Association of Central Ohio (BIA).


Construction Manager

Mr. Sherman manages construction projects, working directly with clients, funders, subcontractors and other stakeholders.  He is responsible for completing projects within budget, while meeting quality and design expectations. Before joining Creative Housing|Creative Renovations, he had eighteen years of experience with a well-established local architectural firm specializing in multi-family and specialized housing.   He brings fifteen years of project and construction management experience to the organization and holds a Professional Bachelor and Master of Architecture from Savannah College of Art and Design.


Project Manager

Ms. Stouffer is a project manager of accessibility renovations for Creative Housing|Creative Renovations and serves as the company’s safety officer. In addition, she is responsible for renovation drawings and permitting. She is also involved with community outreach programs, and speaking on accessibility home renovation options. Christie completed her undergraduate at Mt. Vernon Nazarene College and graduate degree from Purdue University in Construction Management. She is a member of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), the Building Industry Association of Central Ohio (BIA) and serves on the Professional Women in Building Council. She is a Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR),Certified Graduate Builder (CGB), Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR), and Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS), Certified Green Professional (CGP), Certified Living In Place Professional (CLIPP) and a certified EPA Lead Based Paint Remodeler (EPA Lead-Safe).

Rent Subsidy Program Manager

Ms. Fowler supervises the rent subsidy program, which has working relationships with over 200 different landlords and property management companies.  She has extensive experience in working in the apartment rental industry and is also a licensed realtor.
