Mr. Sherman manages construction and unit turn projects, working directly with clients, funders, subcontractors and other stakeholders. He is responsible for completing projects within budget, while meeting quality and design expectations. Before joining Creative Housing|Creative Renovations, he had 18 years of experience with a well-established local architectural firm specializing in multifamily and specialized housing. He brings 15 years of project and construction management experience to the organization and holds a Professional Bachelor and Master of Architecture from Savannah College of Art and Design.
