At this time, Creative Renovations does not have funding available to provide for your project. We are certified to provide services through various community funding sources and financing is available through our banking partners at Huntington National Bank.

We maintain numerous certifications that make Creative Renovations the most qualified handicapped-accessible housing solution in Central Ohio. Our certifications and associations allow us to access your benefits so that we can be your accessibility solutions provider throughout Central Ohio.

Creative Renovations is a Medicaid Waiver provider certified by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities in Environmental Accessibility Adaptations, Adaptive Assistive Equipment, and Specialized Medical Equipment. 

We are also certified by the Central Ohio Area Agency on Aging in their PASSPORT/CHOICE Programs. We have expertise in bidding, servicing, and billing procedures for these agencies.

Timing depends on the details of your project. 

Ramps – Typically, aluminum ramps can be installed within a week after we receive approval and any agreed upon deposits. 

Bathrooms – The start for a bathroom remodel takes into account discovery, design, project budgeting, and permitting. It may be a few months before construction begins.

Assistive Technology – Can be installed within a couple weeks after we receive approval and any agreed upon deposits.

Elopement Assistance – Can be installed within a couple weeks after we receive approval and any agreed upon deposits.

Adaptive Equipment – Can be shipped out once deposit has been received.

Private Pay 

Creative Renovations commonly works with individuals who can afford to private pay (out of pocket) for their project. Many families work with organizations and different banking institutions in the community to help them fund their accessible home remodel or construction project.

Funding Assistance

Although we do not have funds available to complete no-cost projects, Creative Renovations works with organizations and agencies in the community who help people secure funding for in-home accessibility renovations.
