CH|CR burst onto the scene in 1991, snagging our first 22 properties by the end of 1992. Fast forward to today, and we’ve ballooned to a whopping 571 homes in the community! Over the years, we’ve rolled out the welcome mat for over 2,400 individuals with developmental disabilities living their best lives in neighborhoods of their choosing. Whether it’s offering an accessible and affordable home, helping with rent, or modifying a place to make it safe and cozy, we’re all about spreading the love. Our Creative Renovations crew kicked things into high gear back in 2007, and have tackled over 5,000 projects! They enjoy making spaces accessible with ramps, lifts, and bathroom makeovers. But the real MVP? Assistive tech and adaptive gear that have been absolute game-changers for countless folks over the years!
