About Creative Housing

Creative Housing is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing safe, accessible, and affordable housing to individuals with disabilities in Central Ohio.

Since our inception in 1991, Creative Housing has earned national recognition for involving people with disabilities in the development of housing options, from single-family homes and duplexes to small apartment buildings.

As a trusted and much-needed resource, Creative Housing helps hundreds of individuals with disabilities and their families live comfortably in suitable, person-centered adapted housing.

The Creative Housing Inc. Board of Trustees is made up of individuals active in the legal, health care, housing and management professions in the Columbus metropolitan area. Two-thirds of the Board has someone with a disability in their family, highlighting Creative Housing’s special mission in assisting individuals with disabilities.
