Field Tech II (Residential Maintenance/Handyman)

Temp to Permanent in 30-90 days. Benefit eligible 30‐days after permanent hire.

As a Field Tech II for Creative Housing Inc., you will play a vital role in maintaining our company’s physical assets and delivering exceptional customer service. The Field Tech II is responsible for completing service requests, preventative maintenance, and supporting various operational functions.

You will also:

  • Drive a company vehicle from/to home
  • Be provided seasonal company uniforms including boots and jacket
  • Be provided power tools
  • Receive a daily on call stipend, regardless of whether or not dispatched while on call

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in related field(s)
  • Proficiency in driving large vehicles (e.g. Ford Transit 150)
  • Working knowledge and application of residential property maintenance
  • Mobile device and applications experience
  • Proficiency in Yardi preferred
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem‐solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Typing: Minimum 36WPM
  • Customer service‐oriented with attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate with coworkers & vendors
  • Franklin County Residency
