- Prior experience in customer service helpful.
- Prior experience with special needs individuals preferred.

- Pass criminal background check and Drug Testing
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Entering payables, including invoices, check requests, utilities, and property taxes
- Participate in cost-containment activities related to high water bills, primarily providing notification to facilities and property services coordinator
- Ensure proper documentation (e.g. project Work Authorization, Work Completion, permit, etc.) is received & filed prior to processing invoices
- Collaborate to accomplish accurate and timely billings, including HUD corporation and special project labor billings
- Generate & distribute non-rent provider and tenant billings
- Generate & distribute tenant statements
- Maintain vendor documentation and Yardi payable status
- Must be able to ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of property, tenant and client records
- Maintain filings & records in various databases and electronic filing locations
- Complete processes required to initiate billing for projects receivables
- Continuing to improve the payment process
- Interchange duties and responsibilities of other administrative posts within the company including regular/daily coverage of front desk phone and greeting responsibilities
- Must be able to successfully exercise independent judgment based on technical and detailed knowledge specific to activities and procedures being dealt with
- Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task: Address multiple priorities efficiently and effectively
- Data management
- Accounting &/or bookkeeping experience preferred
- Yardi experience preferred
