Steps to link your Kroger card to Creative Housing Inc.:

1. Create or sign into your digital account linked to your Shopper’s Card
2. Click on Go To My Account
3. Click on Community Rewards
   1. If you do not have a charity linked to your card
      1. Search for Creative Housing Inc. or SSH364
      2. Select Enroll
   2. If you have an old charity select Change Organization
      1. Search for Creative Housing Inc. or SSH364
      2. Select Change Organization
4. Start shopping!
